Market Street in Corning, New York is a lovely little downtown area with lots of neat shops and restaurants. Recently, they have shut down the street to traffic, making it a pedestrian only area. I think the result is great; a perfect place to dine.

While new to me, Half-Smoke has been in the Shaw neighborhood of DC since 2016. Not only do they have a great selection of meats, but great cocktails and appetizers as well.
