After several disappointments in the poutine I had been served at various restaurants, I was looking for a restaurant that served the authentic stuff. Allen St. Poutine, on Allen Street in Buffalo, did not disappoint.

I consider poutine one of the national foods of Canada. However, it is very hard to get good poutine in the States. So when Air Canada set up a popup restaurant featuring the dish, I decided to give it a try.
