As soon as you walk in, you realize that the place was designed to be a showcase. If you ever wondered what an industrial scale craft brewery would be like, look no further. This is it.

Market Street in Corning, New York is a lovely little downtown area with lots of neat shops and restaurants. Recently, they have shut down the street to traffic, making it a pedestrian only area. I think the result is great; a perfect place to dine.
I was in the mood for some British pub food. After some searching I found an authentic looking one right in the heart of DC: Elephant & Castle. So that is where I went. I am glad I did.
